The Australian Dental Council (ADC) has released its Interim Strategy: July 2020 to December 2021 (Interim Strategy).
Developed in response to the natural conclusion of the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan (Strategic Plan), the Interim Strategy makes considerations of the immediate impacts of COVID-19, whilst looking towards the long-term success of the organisation.
The Interim Strategy includes four Key Result Areas (KRAs) which drive the work of the organisation. These KRAs build on the highly regarded processes and approaches of the ADC’s accreditation and assessment functions. The KRAs also expand on the organisation’s ability to be agile and resilient in an evolving operational landscape.
Underpinning the organisation’s vision and KRAs are the ADC corporate values. These values are the foundations of the organisation and guide our day-to-day interactions with all stakeholders. Reflecting the direction of the organisation, the values have been expanded in the Interim Strategy to include collaboration and innovation to continue our curiosity and encourage out of the box thinking.
